After studying mechanical engineering (specialisation on aerospace technology) at the Technical University Munich, Dr Ulla Allgayer worked as a research assistant at the chair for fluid dynamics at the Technical University Munich and received a doctorate in the field of supersonic combustion. She completed her training as a Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney at a patent law firm in Munich, at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court. She was registered as a German Patent Attorney in 2002 and as a European Patent Attorney in 2003. Furthermore she completed the follow-up studies “European Industrial Property Rights” at the Distance University Hagen in 2006 with the Master of Law (LL.M.). Besides German and English language skills Dr. Ulla Allgayer has profound knowledge of the French, Italian and Chinese language. 
 

Since 2003 she enriches our firm as an all-rounder and China expert and is a partner of Kramer Barske Schmidtchen since 2005. With her broad range of scientific and legal experience she works flexible on various cases. Her knowledge of the Chinese language and culture as well as knowledge about the industrial property rights in China enables her to advice our clients in specific China-related questions.
